The software provides more information regarding Steam installation and adjusts the VPK Parser accordingly

Note: this only affects users, who have their Steam installed in a different path than the default on most systems. If you didn't have issues before, then there is no need to update.

VPK Parser dumps the map data in the background even if its already present and loaded, then switches the data with the old one periodically

Note: this is basically a solution to the problem of dumping once and then deleting the mapdata folder when there's an update for new maps or existing maps, since the data is switched on every map load, this is no longer necessary.

Notes:

This update means that you will never have to wait for an update if a new map is added to the game.
However, the parser doesn't re-parse map files multiple times, so map updates can be tackled by deleting the mapdata folder to re-create the map files.
In the meantime, we'll try to think of a way to auto-detect this behaviour and act accordingly.
How fast your computer is able to load certain map files also relies heavily on how fast the read/write speed are on your storage.
If you have multiple mapos with the same name, the software will load the first one it found.

If the loader telss you to RESTART, then you gotta hit the RESTART button instead of SHUT DOWN. Some users have FAST STARTUP enabled, which prevents the driver from unloading in some cases, and some users do not know how to disable it even though there are a lot of tutorials about it. But the point is that you gotta hit RESTART
